Marie's journey to joy
Marie is a California native and long time gardener from a family of gardeners. Through raising children, a career in technology, and moving across the country she has always found joy in gardening. Dirt Joy is the idea of getting your hands in the dirt or soil, of growing your own food, of watching a plant thrive and the feeling of pride and happiness that brings.
Marie has completed the Master Gardner Association Training program, and volunteered for several years. She teaches young and old how to care for plants, sustainable practices, integrated pest management (IPM), and how to share that love with others.
